Pistachio Risotto

Minimum guaranteed weight: 290 g Preparation tips (serves 3): Pour the contents of the packet into 1 liter of salted boiling water. To enhance the flavor, lightly sauté the rice in 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil before adding the water. Partially cover and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes, or until the water is absorbed, stirring occasionally. Serve with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
